What can’t provisional drivers do?

Explanation: Provisional drivers cannot drive unaccompanied. The person accompanying a provisional driver must be 21 or older, and hold a full license (for the category of vehicle being driven) that they've had for at least three years. Additionally, provisional drivers must display red front and rear L plates (D plates in Wales), and be insured to drive the vehicle.
