Where should you stop to rest if you start to feel tired on a motorway?

Explanation: You should always plan long journeys with frequent breaks in mind to prevent tiredness. If you find yourself feeling drowsy while driving, stop at the nearest service area, or at the next exit, and find a safe place to stop. Do not stop on the carriageway or hard shoulder. The hard shoulder should only be used in emergencies, when you're signalled to top there by a police officer, or when indicated to drive there on smart motorways.
